What’s inside Rotta
-
The official questions
The questions of Italian decree DD 131/2022, the same as in the exam: 1,472 for the core exam and 250 for sailing, with the official figures.
-
Mock exams
Like the real one: 20 questions with at most 4 mistakes, plus 5 sailing questions with at most 1, against the clock. Pause and carry on later.
-
Guided chart work
The 50 official exercises on chart 5D, with a step-by-step solution and a check against the exam’s tolerances.
-
Review that empties
Mistakes and doubts go into «Da ripassare» and leave only after two right answers on different days. Saved questions stay until you remove them.
-
Theory by topic
Motor and sailing topics built on the exam questions, so you learn what you need to answer and why.
-
Sailing included, always offline
Sailing is not a paid extra. Everything works without a connection: questions, theory and images are already on your phone.
Chart work, step by step on chart 5D
Chart work (carteggio) is the part of the exam many people fear most. In Rotta every official exercise is solved with the same method: distance, speed and time, fuel, departure and arrival coordinates. Enter your results and Rotta checks them against the exam’s tolerances. When you feel ready, take the timed test.
