This page covers the buonarotta.it website. The apps have their own pages: Rotta privacy and Posita privacy.

In short

• The site uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no advertising.
• Fonts are served from our own server: no requests to Google Fonts or other outside services.
• We only receive personal data if you write to us, through the contact form or by email.

Hosting

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). To serve pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser, time and the page requested. We don’t use this data to identify you. Details: Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Contact form

If you use the form, your name, email, chosen app and message are sent through Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India, running on Amazon Web Services) to our inbox.

• To block spam, Web3Forms may check your IP address and email with the CleanTalk and Akismet services.
• Web3Forms keeps submissions for at most three years under its privacy policy. Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU use the Standard Contractual Clauses.
• We use your data only to reply to you and delete it on request.

If you prefer, write to info@buonarotta.it directly: mail is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing.

Legal basis

We process form and email data to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use: write to info@buonarotta.it. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
